Kathmandu, Feb 19: The standing committee meeting of the UCPN (Maoist) has reviewed the performance of the government and has directed the Ministers representing from the party for their effective performance. The meeting held at the party chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s residence at Lazimpat, has decided to focus the performance of the government to the people and to expedited reconstruction projects. Following the meeting, chair Dahal informed that the meeting directed the Ministers representing from the party for their effective performance prioritizing the nation and people as public complaints were growing on the government’s performance. The meeting has made some decisions to strengthen party organizations and forward the party merger process. Similarly, the issues related to Prime Minister’s India visit starting from today, current political development, formation of the high level political committee to resolve the delineation of provinces among others were discussed. The next meeting of the committee is scheduled for Saturday. RSS
