KATHMANDU, March 9. Three weeks after the border opened in Raxaul, India's petroleum is not as easy. Oil consumers who suffer are absent.
Madhesi parties in the fourth week of January, Raxaul phirtasamgai movement Prdhan was expected to ease supply. Government of India fully owned Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the Nepal Oil Corporation oil despite the absence lent it wished.
